New England Home Mortgage

New England Home Mortgage

When we started looking for office space in Southington, we talked to a number of people. In the end, we just felt most comfortable working with Mat Florian, that he had our best interest at heart. He went out of his way to find us more than adequate space in the Abby building right in downtown Southington. We were thrilled with the location and our rental agreement. Mat also knew that this arrangement was temporary as we’d be looking for permanent space in the next 12-18 months. Eventually, he came to us with an opportunity that we couldn’t resist – the chance to become an owner in a gorgeous renovation project at 92 North Summit Street in Southington.

We initially had some hesitation as to our cost in the build out of the space but Mat quickly and fairly laid out the details and costs. Not only did he stick to our initial plans and cost structure, but he covered some additional expenses that went beyond our agreed upon number. He just wanted to make the office as beautiful as he knew it could be and was willing to put more of his money into the final product. The end result is simply amazing. The entire team at Florian Properties worked tirelessly and competently to get the project done on time. As owners of New England Home Mortgage, we often hear from our clients who are buying or refinancing that our office is nicer than their home! That is always nice to hear and speaks directly to the effort that was put into the space. Our office does have a warmth and homey feel to it that is very unique.

In short, we’ve worked with Mat and Florian Properties for a number of years now and couldn’t have been happier with our initial choice of renting from them. Now as a partner, we feel very fortunate to have a business and personal relationship with Mat and his team that is built on trust and the common goal of achieving business success. We would recommend Mat and Florian Properties to anyone interested in renting or partnering with them!
